Germaine is a native Hong Kong-er through and through, having grown up in the city she is well versed in all its facets and intricacies. This naturally led her to a marketing career that spans many intentionally revered brands and regional favourites.
She has been working within the F&B industry for the past 7 years, with experience in marketing for international brands such as Boujis, Shangri-la and Buzz Concepts. Now at JIA Group, she spearheads the marketing, communications and PR across many of the award-winning concepts and Michelin starred restaurants.
