Alexandra Lo is the Head of Digital and Consumer engagement at Nestlé Hong Kong. She leads the overall Nestlé omni-channel ecosystem and consumer experience, including digital transformation, the data-driven consumer journey optimisation and the eCommerce strategy across categories at Nestlé Hong Kong.
She launched numerous first-in-market digital initiatives through the adoption of new technologies, big data and smarter integrated digital approaches that reaped more than 200 local and international awards when she was at Wyeth Nutrition Hong Kong. In 2014, she was crowned as the individual winner of Digital Marketer by the Hong Kong Association of Interactive Marketing.
As one of the digital pioneers in the industry, Lo is often invited to speak at industry events and universities to inspire a new generation of digital marketers. She is currently on the executive committee of HKAIM – Hong Kong Association of Interactive Marketing – serving the digital industry and community. She holds an executive MBA degree from CUHK.
