Lui Tong is a strategic entrepreneur who energises businesses through innovation and digitalisation. She currently leads the direct-to-consumer business of Swire Coca-Cola Hong Kong to connect the world’s number one brand directly with consumers to evolve with the new economy.
Her career includes establishing impressive cross-border eCommerce networks for Strawberrynet, the market’s leading beauty online store, as its COO of China and global business development director; helped launch the world’s earliest social media platform renren.com; built PCCW’s [HKSE:0008] integrated media arm AdSociety, and developed NOW.com’s profile through JVs with top technology companies.
She founded Jilian and transformed the luxury lingerie business into one of the earliest global omni-channel operations in 2006, and subsequently introduced the first commercialised AI mirror. Tong is a Top 50 Innovative Retail Leaders in Hong Kong.
Tong is the Vice President of the Hong Kong Federation of E-Commerce; President of the University of Washington Alumni Association in Hong Kong; Chairman of Tong Leung Tak Music Foundation; Co-chair of program of Zonta Club of Hong Kong; a member of the Hong Kong Women Professionals and Entrepreneurs Association, and member of the HK General Chamber of Commerce.
