Vicky Chen is the Head of Marketing & Digital for Hong Kong and Macau. She has more than 15 years of experience at Philip Morris across a spectrum of functions. She started her career at Philip Morris as a graduate trainee and has assumed several positions of increasing responsibilities within the marketing function, including brand marketing and portfolio management, consumer engagement, consumer insights and new product development, customer care and marketing management.
Before this appointment, she had several key positions in the sales and supply chain functions where she continued to lead the team to develop commercial initiatives and strategies to establish the premium presence of Philip Morris’ brands, build superior partnerships with key accounts and general trades, and build supply chain strategies for the Hong Kong and Macau markets.
Chen is a key member of the Hong Kong leadership team and works closely with her peers to drive the company’s transformation towards a smoke-free future. She holds a master’s degree in international business and bachelor’s degree in finance from York University.
