Jacqueline Cheung is the Customer & eCommerce Director of PARKnSHOP Hong Kong, one of the most trusted leading supermarket chains in Hong Kong and Macau. Jacqueline is a seasoned marketer with over 20 years of successful experience in data analytics, turning data insights into commercial actions and developing O+O (Online + Offline) customer strategy to achieve business objectives as well as growing customer loyalty and engagement.
Prior to joining PARKnSHOP Hong Kong, she was the Customer Director of the MoneyBack loyalty program, the largest retail membership platform owned by A.S. Watson Group in Hong Kong retail industry. In her role, Jacqueline contributed in bringing new retail experience to the program, fostering business-to-business partnership and participating in cross-country membership program for the Group.
Previously, Jacqueline was the Head of Marketing of Watsons Hong Kong and FORTRESS since 2008, leading the brand transformation from traditional retail marketing to eCommerce and O+O as well as introducing a full-scale migration to CRM lead customer marketing.
