Amanda is the Marketing & Communications Lead of Oatly Asia. She establishes the Swedish brand by driving the global sustainability movement in Asia region. She leads the Asia team to advocate local consumers to swap to plant-based milk for the health of the planet and human beings. The brand aims at building a cult to change the world. Within a short period of time of market entry, Oatly has achieved some prominent PR and marketing awards through consumer education campaigns in Asia. Prior to joining Oatly, Amanda played a key role in McDonald’s Hong Kong marketing communications and community projects, and developed CSR campaigns at Maxim’s Group. She served in PR agencies such as Hill + Knowlton Strategies before her in-house roles.
