Juliana is the Asia Pacific Brand Leader for Classic Luxury Brands at Marriott International for the past 2 years. She is currently the Director of Brand Management and Marketing for The Ritz-Carlton, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve brands. She is accountable for developing and delivering brand strategy and experiences; monitoring the brands through qualitative and quantitative research, product development and innovative enhancements.

Previously, she was Director of Field Marketing, Asia Pacific for The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company. She was responsible for planning and executing integrated marketing programs, oversight for marketing communications activities/campaign of hotels in Asia Pacific. She was also a key contributor from Sales & Marketing Team for hotel pre-opening process.
