Head of Marketing Asia
Neil Lewis is Head of Marketing Asia at Triumph International where he has end-to-end responsibility for all customer communication touchpoints, leading a team of 60+ people across 12 markets. Prior to that, he was Head of Marketing for Marks & Spencer’s APAC region. His 20 years of marketing experience spans omnichannel, ecommerce and traditional retail across the UK, APAC and MENA. Neil started his career in customer insights so puts a big focus on analytics and data to develop customer centric strategies.
During Neil’s time at M&S he led the development of their multichannel vision joining up the customer experience across online and their offline retail stores; he was the winner of Marketing Week’s effectiveness awards for the communication of M&S’s Plan A sustainability practices.
