Birgitta Tam is the Head of Customer Digital Experience of The Hong Kong Jockey Club, leading the digital transformation and development of HKJC Smart Platform for the wagering customer journey end-to-end from acquisition, on-boarding, engagement to customer services.
She is a digital experience strategist with a decade of successful experience. She has introduced many initiatives to enhance the customer experience in different aspects, including HKJC mobile apps, HKJC branded OTT services, FinTech and ePayment solutions, customer loyalty and CRM self-service portals, VR and 360° entertainment.
Prior to joining the HKJC, Birgitta gained diversified experiences in digital experience development and project management in various large corporations and consulting firms. She graduated from Hong Kong University in computer science, information systems and holds an MBA from Oxford University.
