Samuel Fung is a seasoned professional with vast experience across industries, including retail, consumer packaged goods, food and beverage, sourcing and chemical. He is heading the marketing, retail lobby and digital customer experience teams for Starbucks Coffee Asia Pacific, overseeing regional marketing campaigns, loyalty and digital programmes and category business for packaged coffee and retail merchandise.
He has more than 20 years of experience in the areas of retail marketing, business process and system re-engineering, organisation transformation, business development, and enterprise project management. Before joining Starbucks, he led the PMO at Levi Strauss, Bayer, and Schick. He graduated from Maastricht University and Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
